W/ LIZ HOUCK
SUNDAY, 5/31 @ 2PM

Would you like to enjoy your handstand practice? Flip your relationship to gravity? Join us for a playful and informative workshop designed to help you develop a free-standing handstand. We’ll begin with a thorough warm-up for the hands, wrists, shoulders, hips and spine. From there, we’ll move through progressive drills—starting at the wall, then working with a partner (or two!)—to give you the tools and techniques you need to build a beautifully aligned, sustainable, and fun free standing handstand. Depending on how the practice unfolds, we may also explore headstands, arm balances, and other partnered drills that support inversions.
