Did you know that every Tarot card is tied to a period of time? We use the wisdom of the tarot to inspire flows to connect you to your inner wisdom. Every flow deepens your connection to yourself. In this class, you will learn about the major and minor Arcanas, embodied in a flow and inspiring the movement throughout.

An invitation to slow down and tune in through restorative yoga and sound meditation. This 90-min workshop weaves gentle, supported yoga postures with the soothing tones of Himalayan singing bowls and Koshi chimes. Using props to fully support the body, we'll create space for deep rest, release, and nervous system renewal. Wear comfortable, warm clothing-- cozy socks encouraged.
VISION BOARD WORKSHOP

As we prepare to step into a new year, this is a beautiful moment to pause, dream, and create a Vision Board that anchors what you most want to call in for 2026. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through visualization, gentle breathing, and movement practices to connect with your innermost self and unlock your true desires. From there, you’ll use a variety of creative materials to design a Vision Board that reflects what you most want to welcome in 2026.

We are honored to have Nevine Michaan coming to Ritual Yoga for a special workshop celebrating the release of the new 2026 Calendar: Number Magic. Move through a guided breathwork practice and learn rituals for time management, number magic and organizing oneself. Use our calendar as a template of the year to develop concentration and radiance in time and space.

FAMILY YOGA

While we bark like a dog, balance like a tree and rest as quiet as rock, families will build balance, coordination and flexibility. Class will include yoga poses, games, and partner/group poses to foster self-awareness, creativity and empowerment.
