FAQs
You may bring your own mat if you choose, but we have non-slip mats available at no charge. We do ask that you clean any mats/props you borrow and put them away before leaving the studio.
We have blocks, blankets, straps, and sandbags (coming soon!) available for use. We do ask that you clean and/or put away any props that you borrow before leaving the studio. We also offer hand towels upon request.
Yes, we offer filtered tap water.
Our studio is kept warm year-round (75-80 degrees F). We do not currently offer hot yoga.
Our classes are all open-level. The teachers will offer modifications for all levels of experience. You may also let the teacher know that you are new at the start of class so they can offer more specific direction. If you want to learn more about the specific alignment of the postures, try taking Ritual Align, which breaks the poses down more succinctly.
We do have a changing room, but no, we do not have a shower.
We recommend that you sign up before class to reserve your spot, and so that the teacher knows how many students to expect. But signing up in advance is not required, walk-ins are welcome so long as there is space.
You may book classes online via our website, on the phone or in person. Your booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation via email from us.
You may cancel or change your booking for a class up to 2 hours before the start of your class/course/workshop.
No, classes are not transferrable to other people. Only the person whose name is associated with the class pack or membership will be able to pay using those assets.
No, workshops and series are not included in unlimited memberships, but you will receive a discount depending on the type of membership you have.
If you’re using a drop-in or class pack and you cancel within the 2-hour window or do not show up for class, you will be charged for the class. If you are an unlimited member and cancel within the 2-hour window or do not show up for class, a $10 late cancellation/no show fee will be applied to your account.
For safety reasons, students more than five minutes late to a scheduled class will not be admitted. If you need to leave class early, please let the teacher know ahead of time and do not leave during savasana.
Yes, we offer private and duet sessions. Please inquire in person, by phone or email at info@ritual-yoga.com and we'll find a teacher who is the right fit for you!
