WHO WE ARE

Ritual Yoga Ossining is the love child of Elle Randall and Rebecca Haber, two local yoga teachers and mamas whose fates have been intertwined since 2012 when both trained at Yoga Vida in New York City.

At Ritual, yoga is an all-in-one practice. You'll sweat, strengthen, stretch, deepen the breath, build awareness, and so much more. A regular practice can improve sleep, reduce stress, mitigate chronic pain, boost energy levels, and even lower blood pressure. We recommend coming 3+ times per week to get the full benefits.
Yoga is great for the mind and body, but it's also FUN!! Our meditative, yet playful space is designed to make everyone feel welcome, regardless of experience or background. In each of our classes and workshops, you can expect hands-on adjustments and a bumpin' playlist.

Both Elle and Rebecca are passionate about helping others cultivate joy through the practice of yoga. In our view, yoga doesn't stop when class is over. Everything we do on the mat is applicable to everyday life. We use the practice as a means to build our emotional tool kit, and the more we practice, the more those tools show up in our everyday lives.
