She got her 200 hr RYT in 2018 at Tovami Yoga and has been teaching since. She also holds certifications in Yin and kids yoga. And grateful for the opportunity to start teaching again with Ritual, in service of the community.

JENNY COX
Jenny is a RYT 200 hour certified instructor. She came to yoga in 2015 after sustaining an injury during marathon training. Drawn first to Yin for its deep stretching and increased flexibility benefits, she was surprised by the challenge and energy of Vinyasa - and the lasting sense of well-being it brought. For Jenny, yoga creates space for a mind-body connection or “flow” state similar to a runner’s high, but with a key difference - rather than escaping physical sensation, yoga invites presence within it. Her classes blend mindful awareness with physical challenge, rooted in strong fundamentals, intentional sequencing, and precise cuing. Expect a dynamic practice - building strength, flexibility, and stability while fostering presence through breath and movement alignment, reflection, and music.

This has cultivated an open minded, diverse personal practice, and solidified her belief that Yoga is home to everyone, no matter where we unroll our mats.
