OUR CLASSES
At Ritual Yoga, we offer a wide variety of classes to suit everyone's needs. All classes are open-level (unless otherwise notated on the schedule) and are suited for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Teachers will offer modifications and hands-on adjustments. If you have specific needs, please let the teacher know before the start of class.





RITUAL FLOW
Our signature Ritual Flow is an open-level Vinyasa class designed to build heat in the body and cultivate joy! Each class will be laced with visualizations and metaphor, helping students to embody the practice and deepen the breath. Great for all levels, teachers will give lots of options, modifications and personal attention. Expect to: sweat, stretch, surrender, and have fun!
RITUAL ALIGN
Our Ritual Align is a 60-minute class where teachers will spend a bit more time breaking down the poses and focusing on proper technique and alignment. Great for new yogis who want to gain a better understanding of the asana practice, or for experienced practitioners who want more focus on alignment. Expect to: work hard, stretch, and use props!
RITUAL COMPACT
This is our Ritual Flow class but packed into 45 minutes! Ideal for busy folks looking to squeeze their yoga practice into their lunch break, Ritual Compact has all the benefits of a full Vinyasa class but in less time. Great for all levels, teachers will give lots of options, modifications and personal attention. Expect to: sweat, stretch, surrender, and have fun!
RITUAL RESTORE
Our signature Restorative class uses a variety of props to help students relax into a series of passive poses. Great for students looking to repair the body and relieve stress. Expect to: relax, release tension and still the mind.
RITUAL RELEASE
Based in the tradition of Yin yoga, our Ritual Release is designed to stretch and strengthen the body with a series of deep, long holds. Great on its own or as a complement to any yang-energy activity like Vinyasa, cycling, running, tennis or other sports. Expect to: stretch, strengthen, breathe.
